Founded in 2021 by James Broinowski of Small Island Wines and Peter Dredge of Dr Edge Wines, Dr Island Winemaking is conveniently located in Cambridge Tasmania.
The contract processing facility is ideally suited to servicing vineyards state wide. Specialising in winemaking of the highest quality they are perfectly suited to process small, medium and large batch wines for some of the states most awarded vineyards.
