Our Riesling style continues to evolve, developing a clear house signature: a saline edge, bright fruit, and a structured line of acidity in an Alsatian-inspired style. The 2025 vintage builds seamlessly on the exceptional quality of 2024. It carries a fraction more power than the 2024, drinking well now to 2050.

2024 Blossom Riesling – Derwent Valley

This just slightly off dry Riesling was crafted to go with fresh pop asian cuisine. Just a little texture and just a little sugar to balance the lively acidity this wine will sing songs of joy with any good pad Thai, Banh Xeo or Dim Sum delights!
