Tasmania's cool climate suits Chardonnay, and we make it in small amounts.

Our Saltwater Chardonnay comes from the Saltwater River vineyard on the Tasman Peninsula and is fermented mostly in French oak. The A Bit Special Saltwater Chardonnay is a single barrel, aged twelve months in a new 500-litre barrel. You'll also find our Chardonnay in the mixed packs.

Like everything we make, it's 100% Tasmanian grown and made in small batches by James Broinowski.
