Made solely from the very low yielding, low bunch weight MV6 clone of Pinot noir and aged in a second use Francois Freres 500l French barrels is breathtaking. Our most powerful Pinot Noir balanced with fine tannins gliding long lasting fruit complexity of dark cherries and savoury salted liquorice creating an amazing framework. Something made not only for the cellar however has the capability to drink now. Dark fruit and heavy structure surround this wine, it's a true depiction of MV6 as a grape varietal. James has always liked separating either clone, vine age or plantings into different barrels and the MV6 clone has always been of interest due to its powerful nature.
